On Thanksgiving We Celebrate 5 Years in Barrington

It was 5 years ago.  I was putting the final touches on the shop and very nervous about opening.  I didn’t know what to expect but I just knew I wanted to bring something new and exciting to Barrington.  I was busy that fall.  I ran the Chicago marathon, I was hosting an exchange student along with my high school niece in my home, and I was managing a full-time corporate career. But for me it was a passion for paper that kept me going.  In the face of technology, I wanted to provide a place to find nice stationery, beautiful one of kind cards, unique journals, and fantastic invitations.  The fine writing instruments came later.

So on Thanksgiving, November 25th, TT Patton will celebrate 5 years in Barrington.  I want to thank my loyal customers that have made me feel comfortable and who continue to support all things TT Patton.  Also a big thank you to the business community.  I have enjoyed being a business owner in this small intimate village and like many of you, I hope to be here for many years to come.

To celebrate our anniversary this weekend, we will reward our clients and provide a way for them to share the TT Patton experience with their family and friends this holiday season.  Watch for more details in the next couple of days…

So until then, have a safe and wonderful Thanksgiving holiday.  Be grateful for the gifts and the blessings you’ve been given.  And plan to spend part of this weekend with TT Patton and other small businesses in Barrington.  We have wonderful new products selected with you mind, great customer service, and along with the rest of the country, we’re celebrating SMALL BUSINESS SATURDAY, on November 27th!
